Items are often shipped same day, but always within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
We will gladly accept returns on full-priced merchandise for refund, store credit, or exchange. Items must be in the original state, unused, with tags attached.

Return authorization requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Returned items must be received by Serafino within 7 days of authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
